Downtown Campus RENOVATION

City College of San Francisco is undergoing major renovations, remodeling, and seismic upgrades to three campuses that Barcelon & Jang is currently developing. The Downtown Campus will be totally renovated on the ground and first floors for a new bookstore, registration, administration and counseling offices, and a new restaurant. The John Adams campus and the Evans Campus will have their classrooms, multi-purpose spaces, teaching laboratories, administrative offices, and libraries renovated including ADA improvements and seismic strengthening. Detailed surveys have been taken by Barcelon & Jang's project team of Architects and Engineers to establish the scope of work, cost options, and impact so that the CCSF Facilities and Construction Managers can prioritize the scope for Construction.
