The Senator Hotel is an existing 97 SROs and one bedroom apartment building undergoing extensive rehabilitation of the living units with  upgraded kitchen, ADA units, and bathrooms and remodel of the ground floor into child care, community spaces and offices for tenant service.   The completed project will serve housing needs for at risk and low income populations.
