The Connecticut Street Court Housing is a model project that
integrated low income housing into a live/work housing type.
This project supported by the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency
includes 10 apartment units of two and three bedrooms in townhouse
arrangement. This
type of this housing program is intended to generate and inspire
self-sufficiency for low income residents through the opportunity
to develop home-based businesses and self employment skills.
Wayne Barcelon was the principal architect with Asian Neighborhood
Design for this project. |
