Bayanihan House (former Delta Hotel)

The Delta Hotel/Bayanihan House, located in the South of Market Street District of San Francisco, is a substantial renovation project sponsored by GP/TODCO, Inc. The existing building will be reinforced for 152 units to house displaced Filipino veterans and formerly homeless tenants. A new building will also accommodate tenant services offices and support spaces including community kitchens and accessibility improvements throughout. The Bayanihan House project will provide a much needed catalyst for positive change in a neighborhood that desperately needs revitalization of community facilities.
