Designing residential and community facilities has been the
most rewarding, challenging the firm’s problem solving
skills and creativity while providing much needed affordable
housing. The firm has worked with non-profit housing
sponsors to complete over 35 residential projects including
the new 20 unit Dignity Housing West ll Affordable Housing
Project for formerly homeless families in Oakland, CA., the
Bayanihan House 152 SROs, and the Ambassador Hotel 134 SROs.
